How It All Began

The year was 2020, and the world was quiet. It seemed for just a moment that any hopes or dreams for the future were dimmed to darkness. But as the days of isolation blended together and we collectively learned to navigate our new realities, the darkness fueled innovation. Just like the stars are born in the dark, Omni Coffee & Eggs was born out of the shadows. 

From a quaint quiet cottage in Upstate, NY, with nothing but time for reflection and daydreams, came an idea that sprung forth the reason you’re reading these words now. It all began with a sip of joe and a question, how do we make the reigning King of coffee to fill the cups of the world. 

So we sought out the giants of the industry to find out who had won the hearts of coffee drinkers everywhere. Who’s coffee company was clearly head and shoulders above the rest? It didn’t take long to find it and taste it for ourselves. After tasting it we discovered that it was good but certainly not great? Our simple quest had left us begging the question how had these places popped up all over the United States and WHERE could we source and offer “The Right Cup” of coffee. 

Upon deciding to take on the giants in the industry we dove into our work and became consumed. We had to come up with a name for our mission and thus Coffee and Eggs was birthed. Now that we had a name where would we find this “Perfect Cup” we were so desperately seeking? 

We began to list out the top 10 coffees in the world. Our discoveries took us from continent to continent in some of the highest altitudes and dampest conditions known to man. We became committed to bring our patrons the best in ALL THE WORLD. The best beans, the bests processes, and the best roasts. Thus coffee & eggs became OMNI coffee and eggs 

OMNI meaning all encompassing for all people. Therefore everything we touch must be of nobility and royalty 

We felt it only right to create our first roast from the Top 10 List from the birthplace of it all, Ethiopia.
